Ability to provision new accounts -

We can provide you with empty accounts so that you can set up new customers whenever you want. Input customer's name contact information and CallBack number.

Online CallBack change -

The ability for customers and agents to change DIDs' CallBack numbers from our website. Changes go into effect immediately.

Ability to post deposits to customers' accounts

You will be able to post money to your customers' accounts without having to contact our Customer Service. Once you receive a payment from your customer, you can recharge their account from our website.

Platinum WebTrigger -

Unlike most other providers that offer a Web Trigger service based on DID (access code), our Web Trigger services allow customers to login from anywhere in the world and enter the phone number that they are at and the number they wish to call. They won't need to change their CallBack number each time or have multiple DIDs.
